Members
My theme "Achieving Excellence Through Leadership" means that everyone in NABA must take ownership of and accountability for the success of the organization. No member has the luxury of sitting back and not contributing to NABA. True rewards and a since of greatness will be accomplished when members give of themselves for the good of the organization. In the next two years we will establish effective initiatives that will enhance the leadership development skills of the membership. But most importantly we will take NABA to a new level by "Achieving Excellence Through Leadership!"

National President.
