Professional Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Sales Engineer
• Experience in WAN, Hosted PBX, and/or Cloud services
• Has demonstrated excellent customer service
• Can clearly communicate with customers the technologies and services that Kronos Networks provides and what will deliver the customer’s business needs
• Can work with vendors to make sure projects are completed on time and correctly for the customer

Working Requirements :

• Working as a Network Engineer for a company that provides any of these services is a plus
• Have contracts filled out correctly for vendors to begin their work
• Office Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is a must
• Has a car with valid license and can travel to customer sites in the tri-state area
• Can travel to vendor meetings and do vendor web training
• Has a strong will to learn

Can Demonstrate Knowledge In:

• WAN services and what they are used for
• PBX, VOIP phones, and unified communications. Understanding call paths and the difference between the different kinds of features
• What different kinds of cloud service there are and what they are used for.
• LAN technologies, what they are used for, and how a network works
• How to make all of these services work together
